The unicorn is an animal form European folklore which was used as a symbol of purity and grace. The horn was also said to be able to heal sickness. So drawing this should give you a feeling of well being and that nagging flu might go as well. Well we can but hope. At the very least have some fun.

Rugby’s turn this time. I never could understand the game. Seems the guy with the ball runs around until he gets knocked over. They keep doing this till the guy with the ball crosses a white line and then he deliberately falls over. Anyway put you head down and tackle this with as much fun as possible.

Yea! The footy season in Australia is only a couple of weeks away. So get in some pre-season creativity by drawing a player in your favourite teams colours. Have fun. Go Crows!!!
PS. “Up There Cazaly” is an Australian sporting phrase inspired by former St Kilda and South Melbourne great Roy Cazaly (It was a phrase that would be shouted by team mate Fred “Skeeter” Fleiter when he wanted Cazaly to go for a mark). The expression later became the basis of a song.

Here’s another ‘famous person’. Elvis, the King of Rock. As I have said before we are aiming at a cartoon likeness not a strict portrait. We use a shared knowledge of what features most people associate with the person. In this case, if you look at any Elvis impersonator, it’s his 1950s hairstyle, the way his mouth formed a sort of leer, his jumpsuit costumes and his swivelly hips. I can’t imagine anyone not guessing your drawing will be Elvis.

Have a hunka, hunka lot of fun.

I know it’s a fast car but take your time drawing this one. Give it your own paint job, maybe yellow with flames down the side or British racing green. Then feel proud – you’ll own your own sports car.
